also be ulized to mount tape to surfaces.

F. All cut points must be sealed with silicone adhesive (not included), and
wet locaon end caps.
A. Cut the tape at the line indicated with the scissors icon.
B. Determine a nished, smooth surface, away from direct sunlight for
mounng. Clean surface and let dry.
C. Remove adhesive paper from the tape light to expose 3M™ adhesive.
Prior to installaon, verify all components are a compable system. Congure and pre-test your LED system prior to permanent installaon to ensure all
components are operang correctly. Install in accordance with the NEC and local regulaons. Do not submerse wet locaon striplight in liquids. Do not
install near chemically treated water or salt water. Do not install in direct sunlight.

Turn OFF High Voltage AC Power at the main breaker.

Determine Locaons to Install 3 Main Components. Refer to
the ‘System Diagrams.’
Aach Color Controller and Driver. Only use copper wiring.
Reference ‘Wiring Connecons’ located further in guide for
visual. Verify a compable constant voltage driver is installed.
Review the full system. Ensure all polaries are correct and
connecons are secured.
Install Addional Components, Verify Connecons, and Turn
Main Power ON at Breaker.
Prior to cung tape light, refer to ‘RGB CLICKTIGHT™
Connectors’ on page 3 for connecon informaon. (Does not
apply to wet locaon models.)
Mount tape to desired surface. Steps A-D pertain to dry locaon
applicaons. Steps E-G pertain to wet locaon strip installaons.

D. Adhere tape to surface, working one end to the other to prevent air
pockets and raised secons. Ulize a clean rag between skin and tape
to resist oil transfer from skin to LEDs. Skip steps E-G as they pertain to
wet locaon installaons.
E. Ulize female and male wet locaon connectors to aach cut secons
of wet locaon tape in series.
